:LAYOUT: a few good eggs

Can anyone else find it hard to believe that Easter is less than a week away?

We usually don't get too fancy with our eggs...just some crayons and dye.

This year I have a couple extra days off around the holiday and I saw some fun ideas in Martha Stewart Living, so we might try some technique to give our eggs a little extra pizazz. I might even use some scrapbooking supplies in the process. Egg-citing! (Sorry...)

If we're successful, I'll be sure to share some pics.

So, here's a layout from Easter past...

The colorful title and flowers around the page mimic the theme of colorful Easter eggs. The title, journaling tag and date label and their respective embellishments create a strong visual triangle around the page.

Coloring eggs is always a Easter highlight ~ this year was no different! You also had fun adding some crayon and sticker details to your eggs.
